Shipping Policy

All areas with delivery surcharges as a result of location may be subject to additional shipping charges. Any sales to the USA may be invoiced for customs fees, taxes and duties. Shipping is provided with ground courier service, any requested shipping upgrades will be subject to additional fees. Shipments are generally sent within 48 hours of receipt of order. Payment may be required prior to shipping for customers who have not previously established an account with Intersteam. There are no options available for same day delivery service. Intersteam is unable to offer an option for you to pick up your machine from our warehouse.
